Scope

Slickline well intervention programme to restore production on a shut-in well for Enageed Resource Limited. Scope included gauge run, plug retrieval, gas lift valve replacement and wellbore cleanout.

Challenge

The well had been shut in due to downhole obstructions and gas lift system failure. Enageed required rapid mobilisation and technically competent execution to restore production within a constrained operational window.

Delivery

GEM coordinated slickline units, toolstrings and specialist personnel for Enageed's offshore asset. The well was successfully intervened within the planned operational window with no unplanned downtime.

Scope

Wellhead inspection, pressure testing and maintenance programme across a portfolio of producing and suspended wells. Included Christmas tree servicing, valve replacement and leak-off testing.

Challenge

The operator's wellhead fleet had not been systematically inspected or pressure-tested in several years. Regulatory compliance and asset integrity were both at risk.

Delivery

GEM deployed a wellhead integrity team with OEM-backed tooling and test equipment. A structured inspection and remediation programme was executed across the full well portfolio.

Scope

Supply of OCTG (casing and tubing), workover tools, drill bits, drilling chemicals and rig consumables for Amni International's multi-well programme. Full OEM traceability and mill certification provided on all materials.

Challenge

Amni International required a reliable supply partner with OEM traceability and the ability to consolidate multiple product categories — OCTG, workover consumables and rig supplies — under a single procurement interface to support a tight drilling schedule.

Delivery

GEM managed sourcing, quality verification, documentation and in-country logistics for all product categories. All materials were delivered to Amni's rig site on schedule with full mill certification and OEM documentation packages.

Scope

Challenge

Scale accumulation and near-wellbore damage had significantly reduced production rates across several OML 18 Limited wells. The operator required a technically capable intervention partner with coiled tubing access and stimulation chemistry expertise.

Delivery

GEM coordinated coiled tubing units, BHA assemblies and stimulation chemistry for OML 18 Limited's onshore asset. The programme was executed safely with all wells returning to target production rates ahead of schedule.

Scope

E-line logging, technical review and workover programme planning for a portfolio of mature producing wells operated by Oando Energy Resources. Scope included well performance analysis, e-line log interpretation, intervention candidate selection, programme design and cost estimation.

Challenge

Oando required an integrated technical partner to conduct e-line operations and translate log data into actionable workover programmes for a backlog of intervention candidates across a mature asset.

Delivery

GEM provided a dedicated well engineering and e-line team to execute logging operations, interpret results, rank workover candidates by production uplift potential and develop detailed programmes for the priority wells.
